How it works

Three steps to a property you stop thinking about.

  1. We walk the property

    Rathana comes out, looks at the ground, and listens to what is bothering you about it. Measurements get taken on the same visit.

  2. You get it in writing

    A free written estimate comes back in one to two business days. It says what the work involves and when it can happen.

  3. One crew does the work

    The same people do the grading, the stone and the planting. There is no handoff to a second company halfway through.

Two names on the truck

The name is two people.

  • Before

    Rathana Yen’s father started the company. Rathana grew up in it, in the beds and in the truck.

  • 2017

    He came home after nine years, a Sergeant, and came back to the work he grew up in.

  • Now

    His father is retired. The name still says both of them.

The person who walks your property is still the person who sets the stone, and the one who comes back in October to cut the beds in.
